However, exercise is absolutely necessary for everyone so incorporating an effective in home workout program designed specifically for you can be the solution.

How the program works.

The first step is your initial consultation where you provide Greg with an understanding of what exercises you are currently doing regularly, if any, as well as your injury history and what is keeping you from a consistent fitness program. Next you are taken through an evaluation of movements and exercises to determine a starting point. This can all be performed from your home on a mat or comfortable carpet space. No equipmemt is needed at this stage. This is just an assessment of how the body is functionally moving and supporting itself. Safety will always be our priority so it’s important to make sure the body is stabilized and executing proper form before progressively loading resistance and increasing intensity. Now your program can be created and implemented based upon the evaluation and according to what package and program option you select.

Each package starts with a virtual consultation and evaluation by Greg to establish your starting point. Next your program is implemented with each exercise being demonstrated by Greg then performed by you while he is monitoring your form. Only minimal equipment is necessary and you are sent links on how to get what you need. Each session is designed to further you towards your goals and advance you in the Phase System. 

1 Session: $90
